Yes, always! 🌱 Restored patches are 100% vegan and cruelty free. 

Return policy

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Shipping

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Shipping policy

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of placement so your skin can get what it needs, fast. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that once your order has left us, delivery timeframes are in the hands of the courier and may vary.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! we ship everywhere 🌍 No matter where you are in the world, we've got you covered with DHL Express international shipping.

Do you offer refunds?

We want you to love your Restored products. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, we'll always make it right — just drop us an email at contact@restoredskincare.co.uk and we'll sort it for you. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened products.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Restored Skin Care Ltd website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Restored Skin Care Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address and company number are available upon request by emailing us directly.


2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, payment cannot be processed, or we suspect fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days if we cancel.


3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice but will not change once your order is confirmed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. We do not store full payment details.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate.


5. Returns & Refunds

You may return any unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To initiate a return, email us with your order number. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We cannot accept returns on opened skincare products for hygiene reasons (unless faulty). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.


6. Skincare Products & Patch Testing

We recommend patch testing all new products before full use — apply a small amount to the inner wrist or behind the ear and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a medical professional if needed. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.


7. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, logos, and product descriptions belongs to Restored Skin Care Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.


9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
